The total number of residential closings in 2015 increased 9.5% over January 2014, with a median sales price increase of .5% over January 2014, but a 26% increase over January 2013. Condo sales showed a significant increase, with an 81% median price increase over January 2014. Land sales data shows a median price increase of 46%. We are currently looking at a 4.2 month supply of inventory in Williamson County.
