Home sales in April 2016 rose 19% over April 2015, netting 474 residential and single family closings. The median price, $433,000 was a slight increase over the previous year. Inventory, currently at 1776 residential units, still shows a tight supply at just under 4 months of inventory.
The median price for condos in April 2016 was $255,000, with 37 closings and an average Days on Market of 54. There were 437 Single Family Residential closings at a median price of $433,000, and 67 average Days on Market. There were 16 land closings with a median price of $160,000.
Franklin saw the highest volume of closings, with 166. The median home price in Franklin was $474,950 with an average DOM of 67, and 704 units remaining in inventory. Brentwood had the highest median home price at $690,000. Brentwood had 66 residential closings, an average of 63 DOM, and remaining inventory of 337 units.
